International Orders

We accept international orders. Note that any import taxes and fees that are imposed on international orders are completely dependent on the country that you are ordering from.

If you are ordering from outside Canada or the U.S. the best way to find out if you will be charged any import fees is to contact your local postal service.

If you select surface shipping (boat), note that Canada post is stating that international ground shipping can take up to 12 weeks to reach destination in normal times.

We all know Covid have complicated things, you should expect delays to be more than 12 weeks in certain cases.

DustyWax Records can't be held responsible for major delays and lost packages if you choose the ground shipping option which DOESN'T include tracking/insurance.
